Commercial Entity & Contract Scope

This Contract contains the terms and conditions governing purchases from Greentail Marketing Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No. 807981-W) on order of any condom, personal lubricant, or sexual wellness product listed on www.condom003.com ("Products"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Age Eligibility (18+ Requirement)

By accessing this website and completing any purchase, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity under Malaysian law to enter into binding purchase agreements.

2. Prices, Currency & Shipping Thresholds

All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) by default (with multi-currency conversion available for international shoppers in SGD, HKD, TWD, USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD). Standard delivery is FREE across Peninsular Malaysia for orders of RM100 and above. Standard shipping for orders under RM100 is RM8.00; Sabah/Sarawak is RM15.00; Singapore express delivery is RM35.00.

3. Payment Security & Discreet Billing Descriptor

Payment is accepted via PayNet FPX Online Banking, DuitNow QR, Major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa / Mastercard), and direct bank transfer. To maintain your privacy, your banking and credit card statements will show billing under "Greentail Marketing" or our secure merchant gateway without any adult product descriptions.

4. Plain Packaging Guarantee

Greentail Marketing Sdn. Bhd. guarantees that every shipment is packed in plain, unprinted brown corrugated cartons or heavy opaque mailers. The airway bill declares sender as "Greentail Marketing Sdn. Bhd." and goods description neutrally as "Healthcare Accessories" or "Daily Supplies".

5. Returns, Exchanges & Medical Hygiene Policy

Due to the sterile and intimate nature of condoms and medical wellness products, opened items cannot be returned or refunded. Unopened, undamaged products with intact original factory shrink-wrap may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This contract and any dispute arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Malaysia, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Malaysia.
