Packaging & Shipping Policy
1.1 Order Processing & Same-Day Dispatch
Orders confirmed with verified payment before 2:00 PM (Monday through Friday) are dispatched on the same working day from our fulfillment center in Ampang, Selangor, Malaysia. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working morning.

Refund & Return Policy
2.1 Strict Hygiene & Medical Device Standards
Condoms, personal lubricants, and adult intimate novelties are sensitive health items classified as medical devices and personal hygiene goods. For the health and safety of all customers, items that have had their factory seal broken, shrink-wrap opened, or boxes tampered with are strictly non-returnable.
2.2 7-Day Unopened Exchange Guarantee
If you ordered the wrong size (e.g. 52mm instead of 45mm Snug or 56mm Large), you may exchange any unopened and undamaged item in its original shrink-wrap within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping is borne by the customer, and replacement shipping will be arranged promptly upon verification.
2.3 Transit Damage or Incorrect Delivery
In the unlikely event an item is crushed during transit or an incorrect product is delivered, please notify us via WhatsApp (+60 16-382 2022) with your order number and a photo of the package within 48 hours of receipt. We will dispatch a replacement immediately at zero cost to you or issue a full refund via your original payment method.
