Steps on how to put on a condom
The male condom
1. It is essential to see as to which way the condom rolls and make sure that you are wearing it correctly.
2. The condom should unroll smoothly and easily from the rim to the outside.
3. It is best to put the condom when the penis is erect.
4. If you are using a latex condom never use oil based lubrication as it weakens the latex. And always use water based lubrication with latex condoms.
5. After the ejaculation remove the penis immediately and the condom carefully while the penis is still erect.
6. One thing has to be kept in mind that while you are going for the event both the male and the Female Condom should not be used together as the male condom could be pulled out or the Female Condom could be pushed in. See to it that no semen is spilled while removing the condom as it can spoil your effort of taking all the preventive act during the event.
7. One thing is important to know that a condom should not be reused.
The Female Condom
1. Since women especially have long sharp nails care should be taken so as not to put a nail on the condom as it will damage the condom. The teeth too should not be used while opening it.
2. The Female Condom is inserted in the vagina with the help of a finger. The flexible inner can be squeezed in with the help of the thumb or the middle finger.
3. The ring should be inserted as far as possible into the vagina.
4. The outer ring of the condom should remain outside and should not be pushed inside during the event.
5. Just like the male condom the Female Condom too should not be reused.
